Ok Now I really would like if someone would take the time to make a tut the looked like the mystify screen saver on windows computers.

there is a picture my friend make with photoshop and i would like a overlay tut that shows how to make the red line twards the left.This tut would help me and im shure a lot of others who use PaintDotNet.

i dont want someone to make me is i want someone to make a tut for me that shows how to make a red a green overlay or w/e you want to call it.
