I suggest if you are trying to use Paint.NET v3.20 Alpha 2 that you try to install Paint.NET v3.10 instead to see if it is something to do with the Alpa version.

I already stated that I tried all the versions on this site and all do the same thing.

Windows install cleanup does not show any of the programs listed.Just my steam,vent,css,net framework 2.0,windows cleaner,microsoft visual c++,and a webfolder xp

Paint.NET Setup Front-End has encountered a problem is the message it gives me when I try to reinstall any of the paint.net versions.I had 3.0 ,but had serious problems arise with my netframework.So Ideleted both of them.I finally got my net framework problem fixed, but can not reinstall paint.net.I am out of ideas and didn't see anything in the forums about this.
