thanks for your advice, i did undertake a search for what im trying to do.
Which is make the picture in to a gif file to it will do a full 360.Im not into photo editing and im still learning annd much of it is from the members on pdn.

Use
and hold right mouse button to rotate.And please try to use search first next time.
Press F1 button in pdn will help too.
I am not a programmer and would like to know, how I could make a picture rotate or do i need to down load a plug-in to activate it
not sure if this picture will show, so you can see what picture im working on

Firstly, you've posted this in the wrong section of the forum, it should have been in bugs & troubleshooting.
Secondly, read this it should help.

It's under Effects > Ed-gregious. Are you sure it's not there?
yes ive checked, some of them have been listed but not weave.

i had the same problem, i posted the error in google and I found the way to fix it using windows install clean up by taking out the paint.net folder.
I ran then re-run the paint.net program and it worked. sorry its not a full desription but im no techi

ive added the plug-in, but why cant I see the weave ive looked very where
its a great plug-in would like to use it

Since yesterday, i cant open paint.net ive tried to download it again, but as its going through the set up it stops and says a file is missing, but ive down loaded the file from paint.net version 3.10
any ideas what file could be missing

no, I only have a read only and hidden, both are un ticked.
This might help.Boltbait told me a long time ago:
Right-Click on the dll in explorer and choose "properties". Look at the bottom of the General tab and see if there is an "unblock" button. If there is, click it, then click OK.And make sure that you just have the .dll in the effects folder, not the entire .zip

yes, Ive done that, when I open the folder it shows the dll file ive pasted.
Im running paint 3.10 and xp. None of the plug-ins seems to be showing.
Yes, there would be no problem in overwriting the file as you are replacing it with an exact copy. This is puzzling, may I ask, you are placing the file in the Effects folder in Paint.NET's directory? As in c:/Program Files/Paint.NET/Effects (this is the usual location for said folder on your computer) and only the effects folder, no where else?Thank you.

ive tried both selections and still cant seem to locate them. ive run the patch again and im just asked if I want to over write the file.
It places itself under the Ed-gregious submenu. This is because it will only work properly on the entire canvas. No selection should be active at the time you use the plugin.It's a play on words, you know, based on the word egregious. Ed's cool like that. :wink:

Ive installed the weave plugin but i cant find it to use. Ive reinstalled it and when you extract it needs to over write the one ive already done. But when I go to effects its not on the list.
Ive shut paint and re-opened but still cant find it. any ideas where i might find it
