[How is this possible to add an ip?]

Ok, im not sure if i can link to other sites so i am going to link to the image.

The image is a png, it displays your IP address in it when you look at it. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE??????

also the image changes when you refresh... is it html code loaded before the image???
