LOL, you would be surprised at how many are still using Win98! I thought there were only two OS after W2K .... XP and Vista. I must have missed the others somehow.

Before using the tags you need to upload your pictures to the Web and get the URL where they are hosted. If you don't have an online Album you can use Image Shack to host your pictures. It's free.

After you upload your picture and press Host It button you will be given several different URLs depending on where you want to display your picture. You can use the very last one and place it between the image tags ...
