Hi!

i'd like to ask You about smth around Color Picker in Paint.NET 3.08.

i thought that picking colors via this tool is practical at all but i found one big problem in it.

i couldn't pick color to Secondary Color in Palette :? although i selected this section before picking color

should this tool work in that way? or it is a bug?
