That is for the stars, kind of bad, I suggest making a small yellow circle in the center of a white star and putting some blur on it, like 2-4 pixels, then on each of the points, make a little one pixel wide line extension and blur that one pixel.

You can easily add some white in then blur it a lot to get that shine effect.

You could easily find a font that will give stars, or butterflys, or find some clip art, and fill it in with white, the text can be moved around as well...

Any suggestions as to where I can get the font dowloads from and the clip art??? Thanks =)

I've had paint.net for about 2 months now...I've been doing a little bit of stuff like borders around my pics and what not. I recently saw this pic and fell in love. I was wondering if anyone knew how to get this effect for a pic...butterfly and all. LOL!!! Please help =( Hope this is in the right forum
