i need any available help to solve a problem described above....

i 've already build a project in vb.net and i 've created a sort of installation project.My proj to be correctly installed to another pc,as you probably know first of all is needed the .NET framework 1.1ver and the SQL Server database.So i want the installation project to do exact things:

Fist to check if framework and SQL exists and if the confirmation is "yes" to continue with the instalation else if the confirmation answer is "no",then to install the SQL and the framework and afterwards continue on the installation!
