I dont know what you mean "On the top layer, use the eraser tool to "paint" your layers adjustment" ?
On the top layer I erased everything but the eyes, but it doesnt look good. Am I missing something?

Hi, I love Levels to enhance images, and I want to know if there is a brush that could apply adjustment to a specific area, like eyes.
Often eyes have no depth of colour in my pics, and I often fiddle with little result.
So is there a plug in or could one be made to brush level colour adjustment?
ds,
Warm regards,
Paul

Ah, thank you very much. I tried to load a number of images in a folder, by highlighting them all, and it works a treat. Many thanks to all the folks involved in this marvelous piece of wonder.

Hi,
I saw someone editing lots of images very quickly in Light Room, because all the images were right there to click on. Can paint.net do this. IS there a plug in, or something else to be done?

Thank you for your reply's. Much appreciated.

When dll's go into the various effects folders, would it be possible to rearrange and even rename the folders, so that the effects I use most can be found and sorted the way I want.
Can this be done. IS there a plugin already that will do this. Is there even a new version of Paint.net coming through that will have this capacity?
Warm regards
Paul
