Windows Defender is the one to trust. Every other AV / anti-malware is really not useful, and often a racket.

Hello! I tested installation files of Paint.net with Virus Total. It detects some viruses in installation files from some chinese antiviruses and malwarebytes.

 

Is this false positive?

Or a real threat?
