So I'm looking to reprint some of my game and Blu-Ray covers at home, but the problem is to get the covers to be the correct size, they have to be fairly low quality. However, I couldn't find a way to increase the pixels (and in turn, the quality) in an image without the print size changing, I've even tried installing different printing plugins but I can't find one that lets you pick a specific printing size (as in the cm x cm/inches x inches) as you're printing. Is there a way to do this (I'll be fine if it requires some sort of plugin to do it)?
How to change resolution without changing print size?
