UPDATE: Other things that relied on the NET framework broke for me too. The repairer didn't fix any of it.

I tried the stuff in CMD, both told me nothing was wrong. I tried repairing my NET Framework, that did something i suppose. However nothing has changed and the installer still doesn't work.

The installers don't work and the program itself is both outdated and crashes immediatly when i try to start it with the message of System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.
