[4.1.5 - No Plugins Working?]

I have it installed at C and D, but the one with plugins was at D. 

For some reason it installs to C instead of D, so that was the issue

[4.1.5 - No Plugins Working?]

Hi!
I recently updated to 4.1.5 and now none of my plugins are working, are there more people that are getting this issue or is it a issue on the Paint.NET side? I mostly need an Alpha Blur and centering tool, but would love that all of my downloaded plugins would work :)
