[About Box flickers before closing]

Hi, in this version,  strange behavior happens upon closing every Modal-styled Dialog (ShowDialog),

for example:

1) Choose an option after Pasting an image onto a blank canvas.

2) Open About dialog and close

...etc

the dialog will switch style between Focus/Non-focus many times.
