Hi, you know the "move select pixes" tool, im trying to uh, when i try to drag a image on a layer up or down, the whole image moves, i only want (lets say the bottom move, but the top of the image to stay)

if i use those, i cant save them so i can move/resize them right when I put them back into paint.net?

anything else? I want to learn how to use tranfer PDN to inkscape to back to PDN. thanks though

Hey, I'm trying to figure out how to flip an art piece i drew inside a selected layer, not a full canvas. When I flip, it flips all the way horizontally to the other side of my canvas, I want it to flip only inside my selected area. Also if this isn't against the rules, but I'm looking for a guide/tutor for paint.net. I've used this app for about 4 years now, and I want to get advanced with it. So if you know all the aspects or can answer my problems, I would gladly pay you for your time. If your interested, get back to me.
