    I am not a designer and use the program to open .psd files so I am sorry that this is total greek to me.  I am unable to open .psd files. Here is message.

    what action do I take to fix?

    how do I solve this? (64 bit everything on PC)
    I followed the 7 steps to fixing already and still have issue
