[My Issue with older with rule #7]

Hi my name is Sam

I am new to the forums, and i do not like the outcome of the latest version of paint.net (4.0.10) i would like to make a recommendation and to add the zoom feature back where it zooms not to your cursor but to the middle of the selected image. That was not my complaint about #7. My complaint of rule #7 is obviously i cannot download my beloved 4.0.9 which has the zoom feature i desire, to me i find it stupid that there is no option to download older versions if you do not like the latest. I am only complaining to make this program better.
