paint.net not installing in Troubleshooting & Bug Reports Posted April 5, 2016 · Edited April 5, 2016 by deaderidan i have windows 7 i did a full restart on my computer, cleared everything and proceeded to re-download all my programs got the install exe from the official website after extracting files, there was nothing, no other screen and paint.net was not installed. ive tried it multiple times and restarting my computer in between
