[How do I add a profile picture?]

Okay, so this might sound weird, but I uploaded the image, but there doesn't seem to be any button to actually CHANGE my picture. Any help?

Hi guys, I wanted to share this Pixel art that I've made with Paint.NET. I also want to let you know that I love this program, I have to stick with free stuff like this because I'm practically dirt poor. But, I have version 1.0.1 of my gun pixel art zipped and compressed! (I have made 1.0.0, I just didn't publish it).
