    When i try to install Paint.Net i'm getting this error:

    ''Fatal error during instalation''

     

    When i try to uninstall Paint.Net i'm getting this error:(I have NET Framework)

    ''There is a problem with this Windows Installer package.

    A program required for this install to complete could not

    be run.Contact your support personnel or package vendor''
