Also ... where you have copied and pasted my original image - please can you edit it to make it smaller please?
(Change the BBcode tags from IMG to thumb.)
Thanks!
Sorry about that - changing it now

So, what you're saying is that you kind of run out of room when making a gradient so you cannot finish at the colour you wanted?

^ That's interior stuff. I think Vanilla would like to see the outside of buildings.
This tutorial is for a software box only (two sides required). With a bit of modification you might make a nice building with it http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?/topic/12246-lets-make-a-software-box/
Then there's this one which is a little more complex http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?/topic/12281-s3d1different-image-on-each-sides-of-a-cubeeasy/
Thank you! Will check these out later

Newer version in my V9 plugin pack (link in sig)
Hi! Is there any chance you could update the pictures in the OP with how to make them with the new version? Thank you!
More specifically, do you think you could help me make this (with a tad few more leaves)

Hey all!
So, I'm working on creating a skyline for an art project at school. I wanted to make buildings that had a 3D quality to them (more marks ). I tried searching for a building tutorial and sadly I couldn't find anything (if there is one and I'm just hopeless, please just delete this)
So yeah, if anyone could suggest different ways of making realistic looking buildings in Paint.net it'd be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Artist name: The Shadowmen
EP name: SILHOUETTE
Tour name: SILHOUETTE: LIVE
I wanted it to be really simplistic because, like shadows and silhouettes, they are simplistic. I wanted the circular dent effect on the instruments to catch the eye and make it more appealing. I chose the yellow background because, when I think of indie music I'm reminded of pastel colours.
Instrument links (all from free websites I believe)

Nice start to PDN, Vanilla I really love that horizon line.
Thank you
Hi Vanilla - welcome to the forum (I saw your post in the introduction thread).
Well done on the tutorial - all looks good and I like the clouds you have added.
Nice use of 'dents' and 'twist' on your 'sig' graphic too.
Thanks! I've spent 6 hours today in the car with only a laptop to entertain me - I got a little creative haha

I wanted to make a happy & calm image. It's my first real image I've made on Paint.net and I'm stoked with it!

Almost Realistic Fluffy Clouds
in Beginner Tutorials
Posted
Hi!
So, I'm having issues with making the cloud appear fluffy. I followed every step exactly as you and this is what I've ended up with:

It's just not fluffy like yours
