[Ed Harvey Effects v 5.0 (2022-12-24)]

Some of these effects are indispensable and yet others are completely useless/redundant

The UI is so overcrowded from all these effects being bundled as one .dll, would be more nicer if they could somehow be unpackaged or there was a way to hide the unnecessary ones from withint pdn.

Not sure if this has been mentioned before:

- A lot of fonts appear to be missing, including all but one of my D fonts.  Even some of the default fonts are gone.  Can't load them with the text tool nor with a plugin. (w7sp1 x64)

- I also have to second the rotation handle area issue since it's a bit difficult to drag things around without rotating them while zoomed in.
