[Seamless Texture Helper Plugin]

One question, Where in the menus is the option to use this?

I installed the plugin but can't find where it is accessed in order to use it.

Any help here would be most appreciated, thank you in advance.

      Anyways, when attempting to install paint.net from the websites downloadable .msi, it gives me a window that says the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.

click ok to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package

'PaintDotNet_731285494.msi' in the box below

 

in that box I see:C:\Program Files (x86)\Paint.NET\Staging\

 

which does not contain this file but 2 other files: when selected it says they are the wrong file.

 

upon exiting it says the source file does not exist.

 

no log was generated, as far as I can tell.

 

I had paint.net on this pc before, but, one day it and all other related files had vanished.

 

I am on a network alone with no other devices, I'm runing windows 7 sp1 x64 with 4g ram and 100g HDD and cannot for the life of me figure out how to fix this, I would verry much appreciate any help that can be given.
