I downloaded and now I cant find install file.    Where the heck is paint.net?  I installed all the crappy toolbars and still I dont have paint.net on my computer.   Ugggghhh!

 

No folder in C:\Program File or C:\Program_Files (x86)    No paint.net anywhere.
