thanks for all the help! managed to do the thing with Polar Transformation plugin

can't get quite the result i need with that thing - it does bend the image, but i can't find good settings to be able to bend a piece of it in a described way. if my image above shows 180 degrees arch, then i was able to make 90 degrees one and even then it's ends were distorted.

hello! i can't see this option in my Paint.NET. are you using some plugin or beta version of the program? i updated mine a minute ago and i couldn't find neither Object nor Alpha Mask options anywhere.
