Hello everyone! I am trying to download & install some of the plugins for borders & this warning keeps showing up. I am able to download, however when I click to install, that is when the warning comes up. I'm sure it's an error on my end, lol. So if anyone could help or point in the direction of help, I would greatly appreciate!

I used to have the an older version of Paint & used it for the past 3 years. However, my computer had to get some repairs & it was completely wiped. I downloaded the latest version & now need all the old or I guess new plugins for the updated version. I guess I'm looking for plugins for being able to create Alfa mask, drop shadows & a lot more. I just really don't know what. I also need the plugin for opening PSD files. I tried installing that & just can't get it to work. If there is anyone who has a lot of patience, lol & who can help me with it, would be greatly appreciated. I am a tagger & create siggies & digital frames to sell & not being able to do what I love is getting me down.
