OnlineCop
I heard about http://cimg.sourceforge.net/ from one of the programming forums I usually read, and wondered, with all of the plugins and special effects for Paint.NET, whether any of the effects found there are used to referred to when making plugins? I know it's written in C++, but it doesn't seem very difficult to implement into .NET. ...or is this thread the first time most of you have heard of that project  ? Rick Brewster
I've heard of it, but we don't use any of their code in Paint.NET. harold
Why is that plugin blocked? :? Quote I would write plugins, if I knew what kind of plugins were needed..
Mike Ryan
It is extremely buggy, unfinished, and is outdated when compared to Reduce Noise. I am sure if the original author returned with an updated version, it would be unblocked.
