rzkeeper
If I create a circular image, how do I save it without getting white around the image? Transparency changes to white once it is saved as a .jpg so how do I get rid of that? Thanks!
BoltBait
So... don't save as jpg. Try png or gif instead. Simon Brown
Unfortunately JPEG doesn't support transparency. If you want this then save your image as GIF or PNG.

caramel1982
I got it. I saved it as .png and it works. Fantastic.
wristbandsnow
hello all Wow, that’s pretty cool. How does it work — does it saves an 8-bit palette plus an alpha channel? I didn’t know you could do that with a PNG. I exclusively use Photoshop, but this could be one really good reason to get hold of Fireworks now. I hate having to use hacks for IE6! Myrddin
My advice, and that of many other's, would be be to avoid, where possible, IE6. By the way, necroposting galore. Three months is the limit before the topic is classified as 'dead', this has been twelve. Thank you for your input, wristbandsnow, but don't forget the Rules (in this case, [rule=11]Rule #11[/rule]).
