Canvas/resize aspect ratio request

I'd like to request an aspect ratio control in resize and canvas tools.

I wanted to change some non standard format picture in 4:3 canvas sized format and in the end i found myself dividing values by hand in calculator to get proper value from height for width of some higher resolution.

It shouldn't present bigger troubles to impliment this in Paint.NET since you'd be doing the same, just inside program itself (divide height by 3 and multiply new value with 4 and you get the width according to 4:3 ratio).

Entering your own ratio rather than just 16:9 and 4:3 would be even better.

I hope you understand what i mean and i also hope you'll impliment this in some next Paint.NET build
