Nancy Posted May 10, 2008 Share Posted May 10, 2008 How do I layer 2 photos and merge them using the opacity. Every time I click on add new layer, open the 2nd photo, it opens as a new separate image. I cannot seem to get the 2 photos to work as layers. Then, select your first picture and press Ctrl-Shift-V (past into new layer). Finally, press F4 to adjust layer opacity.
