SuE
Hi, I am new here and I am still discovering paint.NET features. For noise reduction, I have found only the basic tools (may be I missed some plugins, correct me, please). There is specialized program - Neat image - which can be integrated as plugin (in photoshop, xnview, irfanview ...) and it can be downloaded and used for free in "demo" version. List of features and integrations is here: http://www.neatimage.com/featuremap.html Any chance to get this as a plugin to paint.NET?

Ash
As you can see, PDN is not bad at de-noise either. Not as advance, but not bad either. Quote All creations Ash + Paint.NET [ Googlepage | deviantArt | Club PDN | PDN Fan ]
SuE
good examples, thanks this was not to say Paint.NET is bad, it was just an attempt to make it convenient for people who are used to use Neat image
Ash
You will find that not many users here are used to use Neat image, maybe none all. It's always good to know more, and let's hope they will find the time to make the plugin for PDN as well. And using reduce noise with 2 sliders is very easy to "get used to" Quote All creations Ash + Paint.NET [ Googlepage | deviantArt | Club PDN | PDN Fan ]
