I would like to take this oppurtunity to ask all users, new and old, to stop making a one emoticon post because a question sounds 'stupid' or 'irrogant' Ok, anyways. A radial gradient is already built into Paint.NET. Click on the gradient tool, and in the menu bar you should see the options for different styles of gradients. I will post screenshots if needed.
