Judah
Hello forum, and praise the Lord: I'm a Newbie here and I just want to read posts and learn the tuts, but I'm having trouble seeing most of the jpg pictures in the tut's. Especially in the step by step ones. All I see is a small white box with a small red x that says "image." Is there some simple fix to this? Thanx so much. In Christ, Judah
-Expiration-
First of all, welcome to the forums. Please take a look at the rules, and you will see this is for Tutorial Publishing Only. To answer your question: It might be due to the image being deleted or moved of its original host, causing a broken link. Or it could be still loading, that happens to me sometimes. Did you try refreshing? Which tutorial caused this problem, could you provide a link? Quote Call me expired. Please. david.atwell
Moved - please read the rules. Quote The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.Amy: But how did it end up in there? The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.
Judah
Hello: First I am sorry about the posted placement error, but praise the Lord for the quick response. As for the jpgs. Most of the pics aren't visible. Even the one in your post above. I have refreshed, and as for the speed of d/l, I am on cable so I don't think that's it. Perhaps it's a setting in IE7? I don't have this problem with any other site or forum; only here. Here's a quick link to the exploding planets tut. I can't see anything. viewtopic.php?f=15&t=2792 Thanks, and God bless
-Expiration-
Hmm, I'm not sure. I use Firefox and it works just fine for me, so maybe it has something to do with Internet Explorer. Other than that, I don't know what could be causing the problem. Quote Call me expired. Please.
