The Pictorium is a place to showcase your work, or ask for help with a peice you are trying to create. To read the Pictorium rules, go here. As well, the overall Forum rules state that this is not the place to find artists, either for hire or for volunteer. There are other forums for that kind of thing (Google is your friend). PM me with your colour scheme, theme, et cetera. However, this does not mean that yo can always bypass the rules, EVER. Bear that in mind please.
