I voted, but this topic doesn't seem entirely necessary. Next time, feel free to ask in the offtopic thread.
I agree. Just incase it's locked, however, I should say this as you might be subversively wishing for advice:

Photobucket (free account) for the win!

  • [*:18t65rlj]Faster uploading, and faster downloading when viewing the image;
    [*:18t65rlj]Ability to organise your photos/images/videos into a folder-hierarchy;
    [*:18t65rlj]Has a number of editing features over that of ImageShack's sole rotate;
    [*:18t65rlj]Bulk-uploading doesn't cost credits, as it does with ImageShack. Credits? Who seriously uses them anymore?
    [*:18t65rlj]If you wish to opt for the Professional Account option, it will only cost $3/month, compared to IS's $8/month; and
    [*:18t65rlj]It uses a blue colour scheme, which, whilst not the best, is better than yellow.

Although, on the other hand, it does have limitations that could force you to switch to elsewhere, such as:

  • [*:18t65rlj]The 1024x768 pixel or 1 MB upload limit could be... well, limiting;
    [*:18t65rlj]Dodgy, and down-right annoying pop-ups for new or unused features crop up every so often; and
    [*:18t65rlj]Whilst you can generate clickable-image codes, it is more of a faff that with ImageShack. With that said, the code provided by PB doesn't produce that ghastly image dimensions/file size footer on your thumbnails as it does with IS (yes, it can be removed, but that, too, is faffing).

That's all I could think of after being awake for about half-an-hour.

So, how could you refuse Photobucket?

Imageshack always loses my images in about 2 months. I swore a vow to never use it after that.

I've had images on my photobucket for over four years, and they're still there. I just checked. :-)

The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.
Amy: But how did it end up in there?
The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.
River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.

It's Moar Awesome Then The Rest!

:::deal with it

Tinypicâ„¢ is a photo and video sharing service that allows users to upload, link and share, images and videos on the Internet. The idea is similar to TinyURL in which each uploaded image is given a relatively short internet address. An account is not required to use Tinypicâ„¢. TinyPic allows upload and hosting of JPEG (jpg), png, gif and tiff files. Images bigger than a certain size will be automatically resized. TinyPic is owned and operated by Photobucket.com.
