Heh. Nice composition of the code in the background, ncfan51.

I'll look forward to seeing the rest of your entry. It looks quite promising!

I'm basically giving it all away with this preview...

The Computer icon is from MSDN, and belongs to Microsoft. The rest however, is all PDN.

Expect more to come.

@Ncfan52: I hope you dont mind me giving some critisism, as I would expect the same...

I dont like the font choice. Personally, if you want a proffesional program you are going to have to kick it ol' M'soft way using Tahoma or that other M'soft font that has slipped my mind. Right now, it seems childish fontwise, even though it isnt Comic Sans.

Bummer. My Soul Media player was becoming way to much. The amount of glass and extreme amounts of time I had to poor into reflections for simple menu items made the whole thing unbearable. So I have changed my app into something way cooler, and way easier. I might post what work I had put into Soul later tonight.

@Ncfan52

Ncfan52...? :?

Sorry, but Calibri is too darn awesome for me to replace with some old, stupid Microsoft font I have hated since it was released.

EDIT: Maybe I should use Segoe UI...? Hmm...

I suppose everyone is going for the last-minute-crush-style submission...

I like your idea, Stephan. When you spoofed it I thought you were just making a Windows Remote Desktop client, but the 'See what your friends are doing' feature sound interesting. Plus you way of managing profiles seems much more easier then the current tool.

As for a spoof as to my entry, well I will just tell you the filename of one of the files: pdnnds.pdn

Paint.NET for your Nintendo DS ? Those screens are tiny. Try PDNPSP.

Try PDNPSP.

That would be soooo cool! Would be a slow rendering time though :(

400Mhz Processor... It could be made a light version though. On small sizes it should be acceptable.

@CMD: When will this be released? It's hard for my thought police to keep updating via twitter... :D

Well, Paint.NDS has been released. I was not sure if I was going to have time enough today to submit it so I went ahead and turned in an unfinished copy. Enjoy!

It seems quite implausible... There's only 4MB RAM (Unless you'd get the prepacked device to run as RAM) on the NDS, and there are 2 tiny processors, of which one is probably used as GPU... However, if you do optimalize it, you may get basic functions like a pencil, brush, selection, perhaps colors... Basically, you'dget MS Paint.

I know little about hardware so this is probably an ill-informed statement, but would it not be possible to get the graphics card to perform many of the functions?

Just my .

@Sabrown and Stephan: if you look closely and read the 'review' I mention performance. As well, certain functions like layers are actually not present do to the lack of hardware. Also, if Ninja Gaiden can create 3D objects everywhere on the screen(s), then why not contain a simple image?
