LFC4EVER
Excellent shading and use of transparency gradients! Looks very real, and the wood looks just like mahogany Keep it up! Max Power
I added some anual rings on the wood with the paintbrush --> Median --> frosted glass effect --> Blend Mode, to have some realistic structure^^ Quote - My Gallery | My Deviant -

007 Nab
I see some lighting errors. The light source is top left, according to the shield, but the cross has a gradient that starts in the cnter. To me, it makes it look like the cross is bulging out in the middle... Do you see what I mean? Nice job on the lightbulb, BTW. Quote "pyrochild, you're my favorite person ever. LFC4EVER
I like your sig too Max, but the radial gradient behind the text is cut-off at the top. It was just bugging me Quote ☆★☆★Merry Christmas★☆★☆ .::.My Gallery.::.Make Gold Text!.::.

Max Power
Except of one texture it was done 100% in PdN and Microsoft GIF Animator. I was bored on making textures with noise and chrystalize all the time so I used one I already had. I found it long time ago in a graphics forum don't remember where...It's the outer texture with the beveled structure. In the whole image are 7 different textures used... The 3D look was done via the "How to make a wire" tutorial and different dropshadows on different backgrounds. In this magnification you can see that the shadow on the ring is much darker than on the other part of the image. That's because the distance to the metalbar is nearer. Has anybody recognized details like this? http://img241.imageshack.us/img241/1363/shadowsna4.png Quote - My Gallery | My Deviant -
