pyrochild
"Point" ? What are you talking about? The nub. In his picture, it is a rectangle. In Paint.NET, it has a point. http://i.imgur.com/xZYt6wl.png ambigram signature by Kemaru [i write plugins and stuff] If you like a post, upvote it! Rick Brewster
You want to remove the nub? How would you drag it around then ... I don't see why you'd want to do this. Myrddin
No, I believe brad.pike is meaning that now the markers have been removed, isn't the point to the nub - which 'pointed' to the markers - now rendered obsolete? There is nothing to point to anymore. Keep the nubs, lose the tip. How to Save Your Images under Different File Types My dA Gallery

He means this: vs. this: Which is a completely trivial and pointless change, in my opinion. Haha... "pointless" Not only is it pointless, it would mean taking over manual rendering of the TrackBar control, as it doesn't provide any options for removing the ticks and the point. http://i.imgur.com/xZYt6wl.png ambigram signature by Kemaru [i write plugins and stuff] If you like a post, upvote it! Rick Brewster
Yeah we can safely file that away under 'N', for 'Nope'. Rick Brewster
One other thing which bothers me at times, such as when you copy and paste some text into PDN, you can't move the text anymore, meaning I have to re-type everything. Tap the Control key to re-show the nub. It's a bug that it's hiding it -- the functionality is still there. Also, I've fixed this for the 3.30 final release. The nub will re-show itself after a paste operation. Thanks Rick - I always got really frustrated when the nub disappeared as I thought I could no longer move my text until now when I found out it was a bug meaning that the nub DOES reappears by pressing CTRL.
