Ethen 0 Report post Posted October 6, 2007 I've been working with paint.net for a few month now. In this time I create several images. And here are some of them. Comments?
Myrddin 5 Report post Posted October 6, 2007 @someone2016: the only problem I see is that a more crisp edge is needed, it is glass after all. Aside from that, nothing wrong with it. And as for shade, depends on where your light source is positioned - having the light from above will differ the shade to a light from below. Just seen the entourage of images from you Ethen, and I must say very nice. Particular favourites include the 3D Orbs and the German Flag plate...thing...with the lines...and shine. EDIT: Blooper: very funky indeed. That would make an excellent wallpaper.
someone2016 0 Report post Posted October 6, 2007 new version of glass text close old version in back. I'll work on diffusion of light and the distortion of the clarity later, but for now think of it as a very clear piece of glass.
Blooper 0 Report post Posted October 6, 2007 Thanks for the comment, it's no magic though ... A lot of negation, a lot of outline object, a lot of conditionnal hue/saturation on fade, and some gradients (HSV long).
