shootingstarswishingheart
I am getting errors and PDN is crashing when I try to run this plugin... It is not because of too many brushes this time Any suggestions as to what can be causing the errors and what I can do to fix this? http://shootingstars.wishinghearts.googlepages.com

cyclone
My Paint.NET also keeps crashing whenever I try to use the plugin. As soon as I click on "Draw with custom brush", the white canvas appears, but then the error dialog pops up saying Paint.NET has crashed and must close. I've tried removing all other plugins (to see if there is an incompatibility related to other plugins), but even with Custom Brushes as my only plugin, Paint.NET still crashes. I can upload my crash log if anyone wants to see it. I've tried deleting and replacing the plugin (reinstalling) the plugin, but that doesn't work. shootingstarswishingheart
I have the exact same issues. I have reinstalled the plugin, and nada. Still crashes. Maybe we should compare crash logs... http://shootingstars.wishinghearts.googlepages.com

Simon Brown
Click Effects - Draw with Custom Brushes and then cancel. The folder will appear, copy your brushes to it, run the plugin again and your brushes will be there.

Simon Brown
Remove all those files from your effects folder and move them to another place. Download the ZIP attached to the first post and unzip to the Effects folder. The plugin will now be listed in the Effect menu. Launch it and then click cancel. The Custom Brushes subfolder in My Documents/Paint.NET User Files will be created, move the brushes to there.
