rctneil
Hello, I have this image: I would like to know how I can make it 100% black and white so that the only two colours in the graphic are black and white. I also want to know if there is anyway of making it's resolution higher. I wish to use it as a effect in the background of a webpage therefore it needs to be smooth and high quality but still black and white Thanks Neil
david.atwell
You'll want to vectorize it using Inkscape. Paint.NET can approximate it, but Inkscape will give you the best results. Quote The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.Amy: But how did it end up in there? The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.
I Like Pi
Adjustments -> Brightness and Contrast with contrast set to 100 to make it black and white Resizing and using brightness/contrast usually does a pretty good job increasing the resolution, but as David said, your best bet is vectorizing it with Inkscape (needs download) or VectorMagic (an online service).
