Ren 0
I got to the point where I downloaded the plugin from the link on the first page, and I went to extract the files to the Paint.NET/Effects file, but while that was going on a box popped up saying "You'll need to provide administrator permission to copy this folder" How do I do that? Did I do something wrong to begin with?
Simon Brown 46
Ask the administrator to install it for you.

anonymous6366 0
thanks for the update my old version didn't work with 3.36 it made lines of solid color every 5-6 pixels or so that were as long as the feather radius was wide. now there is no problem whatsoever. Gamer_World14 1
I am guessing you are using vista, and for that reason, you will need to follow these steps to fix the problem... Quote deviantART | Paint.NET Gallery | bennettfrazier.com <-- (My new Website!)
tanknspank 0
Ok i have no effect folder on my paint.net. If someone can tell me how to get 1 then thtll be most appreciated.
BoltBait 3,277
Ok i have no effect folder on my paint.net. If someone can tell me how to get 1 then thtll be most appreciated. Right-click on your Paint.NET icon and select "Properties". In the dialog box that comes up, push the "Find Target" button (or "Open File Location" if you're on Vista). In the window that opens, double-click on the "Effects" folder. Put the dll files in there... OK?
