I want to take a few photos and combind them into one to where they flip (if that makes sense). I don't want it to be a slide show or anything where I have to use a code, I want it to be in picture format (they usually save as gif I believe). The answer is that no, Paint.NET is not equipped for that; you can create the individual slides or frames in this program, but you'll have to use another program (many members use "unFREEz", searchable through Google) to animate.
