Fernear Posted February 11, 2008 Share Posted February 11, 2008 I'm trying to download some files from this site for my Paint.NET;; http://www.boltbait.com/pdn/ I open up the download file after it says 'open with' I click 'open with' I choose 'select a program from a list' then ok Choose the 'bowse' button go to 'Paint.NET' in the file folders go to 'effects' Then I don't know what to do, It doesn't say anything about how to bring the file in.. so how?
