With that, the keywords 'airbrush', and to display the results as topics instead of posts, I found this list of topics revolving around the airbrush feature, or rather, lack of. Pick one, it doesn't really matter which as all will tell the same: 'not yet'. In some of them, it will also describe how to replicate this effect in Paint.NET.
