allatsea Posted February 8, 2008 Share Posted February 8, 2008 Hello. I keep getting an error message (1603) when trying to update to/install the latest version. I noticed this has been reported before by other users, same error code. I've tried almost everything; removing my antivirus program, switching off firewall et c. I've already read through forum/faqs/et c., I did that to start with since I didn't want to bother you with this apparently frequently asked question... However, I still don't know how to solve this, I'm afraid. I had no problem whatsoever installing the former version of paint.net. What could be the problem? My opinion is that your program is even better than Photoshop, it would be great if you could help me. My computer is brand new (Windows Vista Home Basic). Cheers!
