Paint.Net and Citrix

Shouldn't be any problems. For Terminal Services, Paint.NET will detect it is running in a remote session and scale back the transparent window effects -- I don't know if it will detect Citrix though.

It also uses NGEN in order to pre-compile the C# DLL's which helps it to save a lot of memory if more than 1 person is running Paint.NET at the same time.
