fill effect

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I'm doing some textile coursework. I'm trying to use a pattern i've designed (scanned to pc) as a fill effect on a image of a jacket (scanned). I'm not wanting it to fill the whole jacket, just the collar, pockets etc....

can anyone help me?

is there any way i can achieve this effect??

thanks :?

Take a look at http://searchpaint.net and search for "Photo Flood Fill." :-)

Oh, and "help" is not allowed in thread titles (take a look at the rules). Obviously you want help, or you wouldn't be posting in this forum. :-) I've edited for you.

The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.
Amy: But how did it end up in there?
The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.
River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.
