Good job acein7h3h0l3 on the orb.

Nice job on yours too yellowman. Not to pressure or anything but you should probably make a tutorial for that.

acein7h3h0l3 what method did you use too make that great smokey look? You also might want to take a look at my tutorial and tell some improvements that could be used. You can find it here.

From what I can see Oma that is an excellent picture it looks like a butterfly pendant of some sort. Very effective use of blurs. I probably couldn't find anything to improve that if I tried.

Sharp as for yours I would see if you could brighten it up a little make it look like there is some sun like hope being reborn i guess is a good metaphor for your excellent ice cave looking thing. Since you made something that good I assume you know how to do that. But for those of you who don't know how to brighten up an image here is a short tutorial.

1. Add a new layer above your image

2. Fill it in with white

3. Set Blend Mode to overlay

I am sure there are better ways and more effective ways but this is the simplest method I have been able to discover. This way newer Paint.net users can benefit until they are more experienced.

(Anonymous) Excellent Job Malazar. That is really abstract because I have no idea what it really is. You did a nice job of placing many elements and plugins into it and making it extremely abstract. I applaud you

Nice abstract Malazar, very bright and psychadelic. As for why no one replied to your last post, generally the last post on a page doesn't get much attention .

Oma:Here's that tut. As you can see, I didnt follow the tutorial very well :P For the first part, I just did some black and white gradients, all on new layers set to difference. Avoid using the radial gradient, doesnt work too well. Flattened and flipped a few times too. Then I did waves plugin on new layer set to lighten, and I used dents once I think. Once I was done I coloured it.

sorry not ignoring you just haven't had a lot of time lately. I tend to spend more time looking in personal galleries that's all. and when I post here I tend to just comment on the one directly above mine or on ones that I've been noticing someone taking a real departure from their comfort zone and attempting very complicated pieces.

so lets see what can I say. this last one I'm not fond of it. I like the previous one with the gradiants and the swirl going into the middle much more. That one was more visually appealing because of the colors, and the gradiants. It has more movement and depth than this one.

I always look but don't always comment.

ciao
