It is reporting the version of the .NET runtime which is still v2.0 even when you install .NET 3.0 or 3.5.'' Anyway, I have no idea what "Nicht genügend Quoten verfügbar, um diesen Befehl zu verarbeiten" means. I dont' speak German.
